Hoboken is on the forefront of flood control by building resiliency parks and taking steps to mitigate storm water and runoff. The Resilience Park under construction at 12th and Madison is part of the effort to control flooding. The Terrace Grove area of the park, with drainage system that will carry water into a huge underground holding tank.
